Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered a video address to the participants and guests of the 47th Moscow International Film Festival.
The President announced the opening of the Eurasian Academy of Cinematographic Arts, as well as the start of accepting entries for the Eurasian Film Award. The Academy is intended to become an open platform for creative interaction based on respect for national interests, traditional values and different cultural identities.
