Namibia ready to hold elections

The Namibian Electoral Commission says it is ready for Wednesday’s presidential and national assembly elections. More than a million Namibians have registered to vote, and political parties have wrapped up their campaigns and the ruling party SWAPO faces voters with reason to be nervous.
