In January-May 2025, the Russian oil and gas company doubled the volume of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) shipments through the Baltic port of Ust-Luga compared to the same period in 2024 – to 418 thousand tons. This is reported El Maipo, TV BRICS Partner.
According to the portal, citing sources, the company managed to increase exports by commissioning several new medium-tonnage gas carriers, each of which is capable of transporting up to 20 thousand tons of products.

It is noted that the company has also resumed supplies of CIS to India. Until April of this year, these raw materials were sent by sea mainly to Turkey – about 90 percent of all shipments from Ust-Luga came from this country.
According to traders, this was due to an oversupply in the Mediterranean market.
