This event reflects the UAE’s desire to develop international cooperation and maintain global stability. The Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Russian Federation spoke about this in his article Muhammad Ahmad Al-Jaber.

He recalled that diplomatic relations between the UAE and Russia were established in 1971. Official visits of leaders played an important role in the development of cooperation.

«In 2018, a declaration of strategic partnership was signed between the two countries, defining a framework for cooperation in various fields. The UAE and Russia are also developing partnerships in the space sector: they are implementing joint scientific missions and training astronauts.

In addition, the Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement between the UAE and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) is helping to actively expand domestic trade.
